I’VE BOUGHT ACCESS BUT CAN’T VIEW THE STREAM?

Firstly, remove all browser and cookie history and then select the Access Now button. If this doesn’t fix the issue, then try another browser. If the issue still occurs then please get in touch with us at Hello@altvision.co.uk or DM us on our social media pages @altvision.co.uk

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

You should receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of purchasing your pass, if this time has passed then please check your spam/junk folder. If the email still hasn’t arrived then please get in touch with us at Hello@altvision.co.uk or DM us on our social media pages @altvision.co.uk

MY PAYMENT WON'T PROCESS?

We currently only offer Stripe payments, please check your card details and alternatively use a different card,

HOW DO I ACCESS A PURCHASED LIVE STREAM?

You can access the stream as soon as you’ve purchased a pass. Once payment has processed, select the Access Now button on the home page of the event. If you are still logged in to the website you will be directed to the stream. If you are not logged in you will be prompted to log in.

MY LIVE STREAM KEEPS BUFFERING?

This will be an issue with your internet connection, please try the following:

Reduce the quality within the stream player
Check the signal strength of your WIFI router and move closer to your router, or even plug an ethernet cable from your router into your laptop/PC.

I CAN’T HEAR ANYTHING ON THE STREAM?

Check your sound settings on your device are not on mute
Ensure your Bluetooth is not connected to another device
Try another browser.
